About Us
The Asian Leaders Network (ALN) became a 501(c)(3) in Waco, TX summer 2023 after a year of grassroots connection and organizing. Since then, ALN hosts quarterly mixers, workshops, panels and cultural celebration events to elevate Asian cultures and communities in the Greater Waco area.

Community
The Asian Leaders Network Events Planning Committee organizes quarterly mixers and events alongside social media and e-mail channels to build community and to celebrate the work of Asian and Asian American leaders in the Greater Waco community.
Through compilation of an ongoing Asian-owned/founded small business, creatives, and organizations guide, community members are able to keep up-to-date abut all the happenings amongst Asian leaders in the Greater Waco area.

Leadership
The Asian Leaders Network is Asian and Asian American led. ALN’s board and committees provide leadership opportunities for Asian leaders in the Waco area to plan workshops, panels, and other leadership development opportunities for fellow Asian leaders in the Greater Waco area. ALN celebrates diversity and inclusion and invites all community members to participate in events!
The ALN also participates in non-profit boards and groups throughout Waco to advocate on behalf of the needs of the Asian community in Waco.

Inclusion & Representation
Through cultural events, celebrations, media coverage and more, the Asian Leaders Network co-creates cultural celebrations to increase Asian cultural awareness, engagement, inclusion, and representation in the Greater Waco area.
ALN envisions a thriving Greater Waco community for Asians and Asian American community members.
