is a Board Member of the Asian Leaders Network (ALN) and serves as a part of the ALN Events Work Group.

She is a 1st Generation Thai entrepreneur and community advocate born and raised in Southern Thailand. Growing up in a family of entrepreneurs, Ning was surrounded by business, leadership, and community service from an early age. Her mother built a land and housing development company, teaching her the importance of hard work, resilience, and taking care of the people you lead, while her father, an environmental engineer, instilled in her the values of humility, kindness, and giving back to the community. Ning later graduated with a degree in Digital Media, a background that has helped shape her passion for creativity, communication, and storytelling.

Today, Ning calls Waco home and is the co-founder and CEO of Curry Up & Wok This Way, which she owns alongside her husband, Executive Chef Bank - Wuttipong Garsee. What began at the Waco Downtown Farmers Market in 2020 grew into a local Thai restaurant brand rooted in authentic flavors, cultural connection, and genuine hospitality. Through their work, Ning and Chef Bank hope not only to share the food they grew up with, but also to create opportunities for people to experience and better understand Thai culture.

Beyond entrepreneurship, Ning is passionate about supporting Waco, building meaningful relationships across cultures, and encouraging other immigrants, Asian entrepreneurs, and small-business owners who are building a life far from where they began. She believes business can be more than a way to make a living, it can be a way to serve people, strengthen community, and create a place where different cultures feel seen and welcomed.

Ning is proud of her Southern Thai roots and equally grateful to call Waco home. She hopes to continue using food, entrepreneurship, and community involvement as bridges between the culture that raised her and the community that has embraced her.
